Strawberry & White Chocolate Protein Bites


 
You’ll need:
 

 

 
100g rolled oats
 

 
100g wholemeal flour
 

 
100g desiccated coconut
 

 
3 dspn peanut butter
 

 
3 dspn raw honey
 

 
10g pumpkin seeds
 

 
50g white chocolate
 

 
2g dried strawberries
 

 
5g butter
 

 
Method

Add the oats, flour, coconut and seeds to a bowl, then add in the peanut butter and honey and combine with your hands to make a soft dough.
 

 

 
Shape into small/medium sized balls.
 

 

 
Heat the chocolate and butter and stir until smooth and melted
 

 

 
Roll each ball in the chocolate, then in the strawberry pieces, and leave to cool/set.
