We hate to admit it, but for all we convinced ourselves that the slower, more mindful breakfasts of lockdown were here to stay ...the mornings are instead beginning to look distinctly like having too much to do, in too little time... once again!


Sadly, breakfast is often the first thing to fall by the wayside when life pace picks up, and with often far-reaching consequences for energy, metabolism and nutrition.


What we arguably need most, on those mornings where routine and busyness happens to take over (as it so often does), is a plan B.
