Yesterday, I wrote a little post about the sense of impending duffle-coat doom that seems to be hanging over our wardrobes at the moment, and the urgency that it’s creating (on my part at least) to milk every last drop of dress season while I still can!
With this in mind, here’s a reel to remind you that so long as the weather is warm and the days are bright (ish)… the novelty of a bit of dress roulette will never grow old!
It goes without saying, of course, that none of this is to downplay the style potential of autumn, nor the pure joy that is ‘sweater weather.’
Quite to the contrary, those fur-lined boots will be welcomed with open arms (when they have to be!)
Until then, however, I’m inclined to think that a little 50 Shades of Slay goes the longest way, both towards staving off the seasonal blues, AND justifying that somewhat expensive #summerfling with a fashion brand who shall not be named!
