RECIPE: Wholemeal Dark Chocolate, Coconut & Banana Muffins

You'll need
140g coconut oil, melted
I40g honey
2 eggs, beaten
140g wholemeal self-raising flour
80g Chocolate & Love dark chocolate, broken into small chunks
2 mashed bananas

Heat the oven to 180c/160 fan/gas mark 4

Mix the coconut oil and honey together in a large bowl

Add in the egg and stir to combine

Mix in the flour and bananas, then stir in the chocolate chunks

Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin cases

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown then leave to cool
