It’s widely considered an unwritten rule that Christmas and ‘gym’ should never be mentioned in the same sentence.
BUT, believe it or not, now is the perfect time to set a ‘momentum for movement’ that will see you into the New Year. Not only that, a festive fitness routine can help, to some extent, to counteract some of the symptoms of festive excess.
No matter how much other areas of your healthy lifestyle may be sliding, it pays to keep moving regardless.
