Cottage cheese with prawns
Add the egg to the flour, then whisk while slowly adding the milk, to make a thick batter.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add 4 separate dollops of batter to the pan, evenly spaced, and flip each one after 1 minute, turning until golden brown.
Repeat until batter is gone.
Leave the blinis to cool on a plate.
Meanwhile, slice the avocado and carefully cut into Christmas Tree shapes.
Add a spoonful of the cottage cheese and an avocado Christmas tree to each canapé, then serve.
