Recipe: Miso balsamic mushrooms


To make the mushrooms:

Slice 1 box of mushrooms.

Heat avocado oil on medium heat in a cast iron skillet.

Add mushrooms with 1-2 cloves minced garlic to skillet, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, combine 1 tbsp mellow white miso with 1-2 tbsp water, forming a paste. Once mushrooms are cooked, pour in miso paste and a big splash of balsamic vinegar.

Continue cooking until the liquid has cooked down and thickened
