This in mind, we’re understandably hot on the heels of any recipe hearty enough to take on the soul-feeding brief set by lockdown, and this one is up with the best of them.


Made with only 7 ingredients - mustard , sourdough, sausages (veggie if you prefer), cheese, onion, egg and milk - this recipe puts a new, easy dimension on a comforting classic that befits the January food a tea! 😊

Serve with sweet potato mash and a side salad for best results.
