FAST FOOD...made healthy!

When you need dinner in a hurry, nothing beats a classic frittata recipe for helping fast-track food (and healthy food at that!) to the table.


This minimum effort, maximum taste meal idea is one well worth keeping up our sleeve on those can’t-be-bothered-to-cook days which, let’s face it, could be everyday of the week if the motivation drought of late is anything to go by!


This is a little throwback to last year’s #frittata challenge with Two Chicks, and although originally created as a wfh lunch suggestion, it’s a recipe that lends just as well to those lockdown evenings which demand a break from the norm, just as much as the kitchen!!
