Brunch typically combines the best bits of both lunch and breakfast, offering the kind of best-of-both-worlds joy that is certainly not lost on us in these smile-scarce times!
For the purpose of feeding our happy just as much as the mid-morning munchies, we’d be inclined to think there’s not much better than a veggie full English Pizza, made using Parmigiano Reggiano, eggs, mushrooms and @this.uk ‘bacon’?!
For the time being, where there are limited actions we can grab a slice of, this is as least one where we can help ourselves, to our heart’s content!
