Soak 25 Medjool Dates in 1 cup hot milk for 2-3 hours. Blend the date and milk mixture until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup vegetable oil into date mixture. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Fold in 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup +1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp instant coffee, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda.
Pour batter in baking tin, top with a streusel made of handful chopped almonds, walnuts, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp palm sugar and little coconut oil. Press the streusel in a bit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180/350 degrees for 45 minutes.
