RECIPE: Mango, Papaya and Oat Kefir Pots


Ingredients: 1 Mango 1 papaya 1 avocado, peeled and diced 2 x bananas, diced 50g rolled oats 300ml Kefir 15g Pumpkin seeds Peel, prepare and dice the papaya and mango Blend the Kefir, avocado, banana and oats until thick and creamy Add the prepared fruit in equal portions to 4 individual jars Pour in the Kefir mixture, filling each jar equally Garnish each pot with pumpkin seeds Serve immediately or replace jar lids and chill for up to 24 hrs.
