Having become part of the post-lockdown vernacular, the excuse of 2020 (and 2021, let's be honest!!) has certainly lent us some welcome leverage, to flex those ‘yes!’ muscles with impunity, and cultivate more of that so-called 'why not!' attitude, that's become so closely affiliated with making up for lost time!
Yes 'the last year' is a hall pass for hedonism, if ever we needed one!
Simply by going rogue on the normal and everyday, even if only in the most small, indecipherable ways, there's a distinct feeling of positivity, wellness and joy gradually being recouped.
After the year we've had...it's the least we deserve!
