The long weekend is finally here, and we’re starting as we mean to go on with a feast of epic – and ethical – proportions, thanks to Honest Burgers in Windsor!
Honest Burgers’ plant-based ‘bacon’ burger features This! bacon, vegan smoked gouda, shoestring fries, vegan bacon ketchup, chipotle ‘mayo’, spinach and pickles with rosemary salted chips!
Located in the heart of Windsor, the restaurant is a stone’s throw from the castle, although Honest Burgers also have other restaurants dotted around the country (head over to honestburgers.co.Uk/locations.)
Their focus is on quality ingredients, locally sourced where possible, and as such you can expect to find local beers from neighbouring breweries, as well as chips made only from best-of-British potatoes… complete with their signature rosemary salt! (BTW… it’s a game changer!!)
