Ahh, the joy of British springtime, free will...and Katy Perry!
One minute it's all T shirts and flip-flops, and the next, we're getting the jumpers back out of storage, and debating yet another cockle-warming coffee, to see us through the afternoon!
Unpredictable is an understatement, but rather than weigh in on the inconvenience of a barometer (and brain) that can't make its mind up, we're taking a 'whatever will be...' approach, where expectation is annexed... and disappointment dissipated.
Mindful that doubt and downpours are just some of the hoops we have to jump through, in order to fully appreciate those precious yet fleeting moments in the sun, as and when they appear, we're heading into the next week with an optimistically open mind... but closed shoes, nonetheless!
