The concept of ‘before and after’ is heavily entwined with aesthetics, but I would be inclined to think that a better metric for transformations, lies in the A-to-B of mood and mindset.
Six months ago, @jonathan.b.stylist said ‘you need to cut some weight out!’….
Advice that I promptly ignored.
And ignored some more.
Until…I didn’t!!
Little did I realise, (but perhaps in hindsight should have expected) that this expert advice would take more than just a weight off my shoulders, in a physical sense.
As well, the blow-dry bounce can be felt afoot, and is proof indeed that there are more ‘layers’ to #newhairnewme…than meet the eye!
